Fastest Centuries in Women’s T20 World Cup History

Deandra Dottin has hammered the fastest century in Women’s T20 World Cup history. The West Indian batter brought up her century in 38 balls against South Africa at Basseterre in 2010. Dottin also became the first-ever centurion in the competition.

Harmanpreet Kaur has logged the second-quickest hundred in the competition. The Indian skipper reached her ton in 49 balls against New Zealand at Providence in 2018.

Meg Lanning smashed the third-fastest century in the Women’s T20 World Cup. The former Aussie captain took 53 balls to complete her century against Ireland at Sylhet in 2014.

Lizelle Lee’s 59-ball hundred against Thailand is the fourth-fastest, while Heather Knight’s 63-ball ton against the same team is the fifth-fastest.

Muneeba Ali scored the sixth-fastest ton against Ireland at Cape Town in 2023. The Pakistani batter took 66 balls to reach her triple digit figures.
